Initial consultations are conducted without obligation. We discuss your project, assess scope and feasibility, and provide a detailed proposal including timeline and pricing. For institutional clients, we are happy to visit your premises or host meetings at our Oxford office.
For urgent matters or time-sensitive projects, please indicate this in your correspondence and we will prioritise accordingly.
Our office is located in central Oxford, easily accessible by public transport. The nearest railway station is Oxford, approximately ten minutes walk. Limited parking is available on surrounding streets; we recommend the Westgate car park for longer visits.
